Why we need a 3d Spiral-Dynamics-Integral (SDI) 3d Model?

Don Beck published 2012 in the Integral Leadership Review one of the prototypes of the three dimensional Spiral-Dynamics-model. He wrote:“My friend and colleague Raimo Hübner, senior project manager at Volkswagen (Coaching) in Germany created it recently and brought it along to one of the SDi training events that Dorothea Zimmer presents in Bavaria. His creation of Roadmaps in his Project Management activities may well be the best “Integral” model I have ever seen.“

When I was following the level 3 Spiral Dynamics teaching and certification workshop in Herrsching (Munich, Germany) was one of the first prototypes and to that time only in German language available. Now I have the feeling, that I should give much more people the possibility, to be built with low effort such a model itself in German ore English language. Thus everyone can understand more quickly the idea of the Spiral Dynamics model for itself and have the opportunity come in communication with other people to explain the Spiral Dynamics model much more understandable.

At the time, when I came first time in contact with the SDI-model, I had problems to understand the model. The different consciousness levels and the different behavior of the people in the respective life situation was very difficult for me to understand.

Warum brauchen wir ein Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDI) 3d Modell?

Don Beck 2012 schrieb im Integral Leadership Review über den Prototypen des 3d SDi-Modells: „Mein Freund und Kollege Raimo Hübner, Senior Project Manager bei der Volkswagen AG, (Volkswagen Coaching) in Deutschland schuf diese Modell kürzlich und brachte es zu einem der SDi-Ausbildungs Trainings mit, die Dorothea Zimmer in Bayern durchführt.

Seine Kreation von Roadmaps in seine Projektmanagement Aktivitäten sind so ziemlich das beste “Integrale” Modell, das ich jemals gesehen habe.“, wurde mir klar, dass ich mehr Menschen die Möglichkeit geben sollte, sich mit geringem Aufwand ein solches Modell selbst zu bauen. Somit kann jeder noch schneller die Erkenntnis aus dem Spiral
Dynamics Modell für seine persönliche Entwicklung und Selbstarbeit erkennen und mit anderen Menschen darüber in Austausch kommen.

Ich hatte Don im Oktober 2008 zur Level 3 Ausbildung und Zertifizierung in Herrsching, München, einen der ersten Prototypen geschenkt. Ich hatte, als ich das erste mal mit dem SDi-Modell in Kontakt kam, wegen der verschiedenen Bewusstseinsebenen und dem unterschiedlichen Verhalten der Menschen in der jeweiligen Lebenssituation Ihres Lebens, Schwierigkeiten, sicher mit dem Modell zu arbeiten. Erst die Übersicht über alle Ebenen und der Film zu den 8 Colours und das 3d-Modell haben mir geholfen das gesamte SDI Modell für meinen
Verstand erkennbar und sicher nutzen zu können.
